This is another one in my ‘Grandchildren of Finwe’ series illustrating characters from The Silmarillion, and the number of figures got a little out of hand!
I’m quite pleased with Huan the giant dog, but on an A3 painting, the tiny background faces ended up so tiny that they were hard to get right. Still, I like the lighting.
